Symbols on Coinbase
Coinbase writes pairs with a hyphen and the quote currency, for example BTC-USD, ETH-EUR or SOL-USDC. Coinbase has spot markets only, so there is no funding and no leverage in the candles. Coinbase delivers 1-minute, 5-minute, 15-minute, 1-hour and daily candles directly. Edgetrail builds 30-minute, 4-hour and weekly candles from complete groups of smaller ones – weeks start on Monday 00:00 UTC, like on Bybit and Binance.
How a session runs and which tools are on the chart is the same on every exchange – it is described once on the replay overview. All four exchanges side by side, with the oldest candle of every market type, are in the crypto candle history data.
Funding and costs
Coinbase has spot markets only, so there is no funding: a replay result on Coinbase candles is price change minus the fees you enter, nothing else.
