Report illegal content
Edgetrail stores content that users record themselves; it is private by default. If you believe that content in Edgetrail is illegal – for example a shared image that infringes your rights – report it to us by email to support@edgetrail.app with the subject “Report”.
So that we can review the notice, please include (Art. 16 DSA):
- why you consider the content illegal,
- where exactly it is located (e.g. link, screenshot, affected account),
- your name and email address (except for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.
What happens next
We confirm receipt, review the notice promptly, diligently and by a human, and inform you of our decision. If we block or remove content, we inform the affected person with a statement of reasons and show them how to object (Art. 17 DSA). If we suspect a criminal offence threatening the life or safety of persons, we inform the competent authorities (Art. 18 DSA).
Authorities
Authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us at the same address (Art. 11 DSA), in German or English.
