14-day money-back – on every payment

If you are not happy with Edgetrail Pro, we refund the full amount within 14 days of any payment – no questions asked. This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions (also after an automatic renewal) as well as Founder and Lifetime.

How it works

Write to support@edgetrail.app or reply to Paddle’s purchase confirmation, including the email you used to buy. The refund is issued through Paddle to your original payment method and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.

After the refund the paid plan ends; a subscription is stopped. Your data stays stored; with a plan you continue, and when you delete your account you receive it by email. In case of obvious abuse (e.g. repeatedly buying and refunding) we may refuse the guarantee; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and the United Kingdom also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal against Paddle as seller. How to exercise it and when it lapses is set out in Paddle’s buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and in your purchase confirmation. Our guarantee goes further: with us you get your money back within 14 days in any case, even if you have already used Edgetrail Pro.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time effective at the end of the current period: in Settings under “Manage subscription”, without signing in via Cancel contracts here, or by email. Until then everything stays unlocked.

Yearly plan after renewal

If your yearly subscription has renewed automatically and the 14 days have passed, you can still cancel at any time: you receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining full months.

If we discontinue Edgetrail

We announce it at least 90 days in advance. Running subscriptions then end without further charges; we refund paid, unused time pro rata. Founder and Lifetime: pro-rata refund if the discontinuation happens within 3 years of purchase (see Terms section 12).

Seller

Ordering, payment and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com as reseller. Edgetrail is provided by LudusNovus LLC.
