Sales and invoicing

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com as reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle.com Market Ltd., Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, and Paddle.com Inc. for purchases from the USA. Paddle issues the invoice and remits sales tax/VAT.

Dispute resolution

The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If there is a problem, just write to us – we will find a solution.
